The Wine Appreciation Group has been meeting for over 10 years.   We are a keen, enthusiastic and sociable  group who enjoy researching and presenting wines to the group, learning about  wines from around the world and about different grape varieties. This year we are using the WSET Trust Wine and Grape days calendar to lead our choice for each month. We usually taste from 5 or 6 bottles in a session and currently the session cost is £6.00.  The emphasis is about learning and having fun!

Aside from our regular tastings at the Hayloft we also had lovely summer wine with cheese pairings, , a Christmas tasting of special wines, and a Christmas lunch. This year we are planning  to have more outside tastings.
