Who can join?
Membership is open to all people in their "third age"—which is the period of life after full-time employment and/or parental responsibility.
There are no age limits and no qualifications are required. All you need is a desire to learn, share your skills, and make new friends.
How do I join?
To become a member, you can download the application form below. Join us in person at any Monthly Meeting or contact the Membership Secretary at membership@eastwoodu3a.org
You can attend two meetings to see what we offer, either Monthly or Group meetings as a visitor before you decide to join, but our Insurance limits any further involvement.
Membership Fees
It costs £20 to join for the year, Membership runs from 1 April to 31 March of the next year.
Members who join between 1st April and 30th September the annua1 fee of £20 is payable and runs until renewal is due at the end of March
Members who join between 1st October and 31th December the fee is £15 and runs until renewal is due at the end of March
Members who join between 1st January and 31st March the fee payable is £20 and runs until renewal is due at the end of March the following year and benefit from having up to three months added to their yearly subscription.
How to Renew
Existing members are invited to renew their membership annually to continue participating in groups and activities.
Support us with Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, completing a Gift Aid declaration allows us to reclaim 25p for every £1 of your membership fee at no extra cost to you.
